Financial Projections

The company's management believes that the demand for MEMS, PA and DLP will remain strong, especially for the WiMAX sector. Meanwhile, the company's sales growth will continue to increase and should reach 50% in 2008 from 62% growth in 2007. We project that Tong Hsing should deliver an EPS of NT$6.2 in 2008 and a 30% growth in its bottom line in 2009. With many competitive edges on its product lines, we believe the company's long-term outlook is promising, even in the face of the global economic downturn.
